Agreement for Elite AI Execution & System Architecture.
01. Engagement Model
SC_TECH operates as a founder-led execution partner. Our work follows a four-phase methodology: Diagnose → Design → Build → Scale. Each engagement begins with a mandatory technical audit to quantify inefficiencies and define ROI targets.
02. Accountability for Outcomes
Unlike generic dev agencies, we ship systems, not just code. We take ownership of the technical performance and operational throughput of the systems we deploy. Our success is measured by your time savings and efficiency gains.
03. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of an engagement and receipt of final payment, all custom-built system architecture, custom code, and unique AI workflow configurations become the exclusive property of the client.
04. AI Governance
We implement AI systems according to the latest regulatory standards. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary access to data environments while we provide the governance layers and technical guardrails.
05. Professional Standards
Engagements are founder-led. We do not utilize junior teams or offshore contractors for core architectural decisions. You work directly with veterans who have built mission-critical systems for millions of users.
